State-of-art Testing Infrastructure

The Amrit Cement Laboratory is well-equipped and houses some of the latest equipment including XRF and XRD imported from Germany to monitor and control all incoming, in-process and finished products at specified intervals.

The Chemical Laboratory is backed by modern techniques and qualified staff to routinely check the samples and purchased materials.

Quality Control in Cement Production

As Physical Testing Laboratory is statutory requirement (BIS) for testing of the final product ground in cement mill before dispatch, most of our manufacturing equipment are procured from reputed companies to monitor and maintain product quality above the BIS norms.

- XRF, XRD from BRUKER Germany guarantees constant high product quality.

Bruker (S8 Tiger) WD XRF is used for determination of all oxides of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products such as SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, Na2O, K2O, Cl.

Bruker XRD D4 endeavor is used for determination of phase analysis of semi-finished and finished products such as C3S, C2S, C3A, & C4AF.

- Analysis with X-Ray Fluorescence

This allows us to check raw material to clinker more rapidly, reliably and economically than any other method. No other system combines such flexibility and trouble-free operation analysis in the cement industry.

- Pyro Process System

A high-efficiency, low pressure cyclone, with in line calciner is used to achieve high degree of calcination. Rotary kiln is used to produce uniform quality clinker, which is rapidly cooler in static cooler, to get improved clinker micro structure.

Pyro Process System for premium quality clinker for cement develops economic value of the raw mill to produce superior quality cement.
